About Jay Resendez

     Attorney Jay Resendez is devoted to providing comprehensive and personalized estate and business planning services to individuals, couples, families and businesses. He serves his clients by listening carefully to their goals and concerns, and then works closely with them to solve their estate and business planning issues in a cost-effective manner.

Education and Credentials

     Jay earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Santa Clara University in 1994. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco in 1991. Jay is a member of the Trusts and Estates section of the State Bar of California, as well as the Placer County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts within the State of California.

Personal

     When he's not working, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Jay also enjoys traveling, playing golf and tennis, wine collecting and writing. He is the author of a new children's book entitled Belly Bongos.
